Cookie Policy

When you first visit archiet.ai, a banner offers “Accept” and “Deny”. Your choice is saved in your browser’s local storage under the key cookie_consent (value accepted or denied) so the banner does not reappear on every page. This value stays on your device; it is not transmitted to our servers. Analytics tracking is only switched on after you accept.

We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how the marketing site is used — which pages are viewed, where visitors click, and where errors occur — so we can improve it. Clarity consent is signalled only after you accept the cookie banner. When active, Clarity sets cookies on the archiet.ai domain — principally _clck, a user identifier that persists for up to a year, and _clsk, a short-lived session identifier. If you deny or clear consent, these are not set.

Microsoft’s own privacy statement applies to its processing: privacy.microsoft.com.

Two preferences are kept in your browser’s local storage so the site works the way you left it. Neither is used for tracking:

• theme — your light/dark theme choice from the toggle in the footer.
• cookie_consent — your cookie-banner choice, described above.

• Google reCAPTCHA — the newsletter sign-up form is protected by reCAPTCHA, which may set Google cookies and collect device information to distinguish people from bots. Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply.
• Payment providers — when you pay for a subscription, the checkout pages of Flutterwave (and Stripe, once live) set their own cookies under their own policies.

We do not use advertising, marketing, or cross-site tracking cookies on archiet.ai, and we do not sell or share your browsing data for advertising.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. Deleting archiet.ai site data also clears your saved consent choice, so the banner will ask again. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent sign-in to the product applications from working.
