How cancellations, billing errors, and refunds are handled for Archiet subscriptions.
Last updated: 10 August 2026
Archiet modules are sold as recurring per-seat subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; your access continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
Billing errors and duplicate charges are always refunded in full once verified. Other refunds are handled under the windows set out below.
Email hello@archiet.com from the address on your account, with the transaction reference from your payment receipt. We aim to respond within a few business days.
This policy covers paid subscriptions to the Archiet platform modules — Iyene, Etione, and Ifiok — purchased through our product applications. Payments are processed by Flutterwave, with Stripe provisioned as a second provider; refunds are returned through the same provider that took the payment. This policy is issued by ARCHIET LTD, a private limited company registered in England and Wales (company number 17283576).
If we charge you incorrectly — the wrong amount, a charge after cancellation took effect, or a duplicate transaction — tell us at hello@archiet.com with the transaction reference. Once we verify the error with the payment provider, we refund the incorrect charge in full to the original payment method.
For a first purchase of a module subscription, we offer a 14-day refund window from the date of your first payment: if the platform is not right for you, email us within 14 days and we will refund that first payment. Renewal payments after the first billing period fall outside this window and are handled under sections 2 and 3.
Archiet is a business tool and most of our customers purchase as businesses. If you purchase as a consumer, nothing in this policy affects rights you have under UK consumer law that cannot be excluded by contract. In particular, consumers generally have a 14-day statutory right to cancel a purchase of digital services. Where you ask us to begin providing the subscription immediately, that cancellation right ends once the service has been fully provided; otherwise you may cancel within 14 days of purchase for a refund.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through the payment provider that took the payment (Flutterwave, or Stripe once live). Providers and card issuers control how long the money takes to appear; this is typically several business days and can vary by bank and country.
Subscriptions are priced per seat and per tier. Adding seats or upgrading takes effect immediately, and we charge a pro-rata amount for the remainder of the current billing period, with the new rate applying in full from your next renewal. Reducing seats or downgrading takes effect from your next billing period; we do not refund the unused part of the current period for a mid-period reduction.
Anything unclear, or a situation this policy does not cover? Email hello@archiet.com and we will look at it case by case.
