Terms of Service

The terms that govern use of archiet.ai and the Archiet platform. Please read them before creating an account.

Last updated: 10 August 2026

The agreement

These terms are a contract between you and ARCHIET LTD, a private limited company registered in England and Wales (company number 17283576). They govern the archiet.ai website and the Archiet platform — the modules Iyene, Etione, and Ifiok.

Your account

You must be at least 18, provide accurate details, and keep your sign-in credentials secure. Accounts are created with Google sign-in or credentials managed by our identity service.

Fair use

Use the platform for your own architecture work. No attempts to break, probe, or overload it, no unlawful content, and no reselling access without a written agreement with us.

ARCHIET LTD (“Archiet”, “we”, “us”) is a private limited company registered in England and Wales, company number 17283576, with its registered office at 7 Springfield Court, Stonehouse, GL10 2JF, England.

These terms govern your use of the archiet.ai website and the Archiet platform — the Architecture Intelligence Platform and its modules Iyene (application portfolio management), Etione (ArchiMate modelling), and Ifiok (architecture-to-code). If your organisation signs a separate written agreement with us — such as an enterprise or master services agreement — that agreement prevails over these terms where they conflict.

By creating an account or using the platform, you accept these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it.

  • You must be at least 18 years old to hold an account.
  • You must provide accurate registration details and keep them up to date.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials confidential. Tell us at once at hello@archiet.com if you suspect unauthorised use.
  • Sign-in is via Google (OAuth) or credentials managed by our Keycloak identity service.

  • Paid access to Archiet modules is sold as a recurring subscription priced per seat and per tier, as shown on our pricing page or in a written quote from us.
  • Payment is taken by our payment providers — Flutterwave, with Stripe provisioned as a second provider. Their terms apply to the payment transaction itself.
  • Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. Cancellation and refunds are handled as described in our Refund Policy.
  • We may change prices with reasonable advance notice; changes take effect from your next billing period, and you may cancel before they apply.

  • You retain ownership of everything you put into the platform — requirements, architecture models, portfolio data, and documents.
  • You grant us the licence needed to host, process, and display that content in order to provide the service to you, and for no other purpose.
  • Code that Ifiok generates from your specifications is yours: you own the generated output and may use it without restriction from us.
  • You are responsible for having the rights to the content you upload and for its lawfulness.
  • Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

The platform itself — its software, design, branding, documentation, and the Archiet, Iyene, Etione, and Ifiok names — belongs to Archiet Ltd or its licensors. These terms give you a right to use the service, not any ownership of it. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the platform except as permitted by law.

You agree not to:

  • attempt unauthorised access to the platform, other tenants’ data, or our infrastructure;
  • probe, scan, overload, or disrupt the service, or introduce malware;
  • upload content that is unlawful or infringes others’ rights;
  • use the service to build a competing product by systematically extracting its functionality; or
  • resell, sublicense, or share seat access outside your organisation without a written agreement with us.

We work to keep the platform available and to fix faults promptly, and we may suspend parts of the service for maintenance. We do not currently offer a contractual service-level agreement or uptime commitment; any such commitment would be set out in a separate written agreement.

Support is available by email at hello@archiet.com.

The platform is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Outputs of the platform — including AI-assisted analysis, generated models, and generated code — are decision support: you remain responsible for reviewing them before relying on them in production or in business decisions.

Nothing in these terms affects statutory rights that cannot be excluded by contract.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Subject to that, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, or loss of data, and our total aggregate liability under these terms is capped at the total fees you paid to us in the 12 months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim.

  • You can stop using the service and cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation mechanics are in the Refund Policy.
  • We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, or where the law requires it. Where practicable we will warn you first and give you a chance to remedy the breach.
  • After termination you can request an export of your content within 30 days, after which we delete it in line with the Privacy Policy retention periods.

We develop the platform continuously and may add, change, or retire features. We may also update these terms; if a change is material we will give account holders reasonable advance notice by email or in-product message, and continuing to use the service after the change takes effect constitutes acceptance. The “Last updated” date above always reflects the current version.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from them, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
