Answers to common questions about Iyene, Archiet's application portfolio management and capability mapping product.
Answers to the questions we hear most often about Iyene. If yours isn't here, contact us.
What is Iyene?
Iyene is Archiet's application portfolio management and capability mapping product. It gives a technology or architecture team a single, structured inventory of every application they run, mapped to the business capabilities those applications support.
Who is Iyene for?
Iyene is built for technology and enterprise architecture teams who need an accurate, current picture of their application estate — architects, IT leaders, and anyone accountable for knowing what applications exist, who owns them, and what they support.
Can I import my existing application list instead of entering it by hand?
Yes. Iyene can bulk-import applications, vendors, and business capabilities from an Excel or CSV file, with a downloadable per-type import template, per-row validation, and an import history log.
Does Iyene include SWOT or Business Model Canvas tools?
Yes, as strategic canvases that map directly to your application inventory and capability map rather than living as a separate document.
Do Iyene, Etione, and Ifiok share an account?
Yes. Iyene, Etione, and Ifiok are all part of Archiet and share the same organization and sign-in, so a team can use one account across all three products.
How does Iyene handle sign-in?
Iyene authenticates through Keycloak using the OIDC authorization-code flow with PKCE, a standard, security-focused sign-in flow.
How do I get started with Iyene?
Create an account at iyene.archiet.ai, set up your organization, and begin adding applications to your inventory — by hand or by bulk import. See Getting Started for the full walkthrough.
What does Iyene cost?
Current plans and pricing are listed on the pricing page, including an entry-level tier for getting started.
